Privacy Policy

1. General Information

The Service collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through information voluntarily entered in contact and service forms.

  • By saving cookie files (“cookies”) on end-user devices.

  • By collecting web server logs.

2. Information Provided in Forms

  • The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

  • The Service may also record connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

  • Personal data provided in forms is not disclosed to third parties other than with the user’s explicit consent.

  • Data provided in forms is processed solely for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form (e.g., to process a service request or commercial inquiry).

  • Data provided in forms may be transferred to entities technically executing certain services—specifically including internet domain operators, payment processors, or other technical partners cooperating with the Service Operator.

3. Cookie Policy

  • The Service uses cookie files (“cookies”).

  • Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Service User’s end device and intended for using the Service’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique identification number.

  • The entity placing cookie files on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service Operator.

  • Cookie files are used for the following purposes:

    • Creating statistics that help understand how Service Users navigate web pages, enabling the improvement of their structure and content;

    • Maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage;

    • Profiling users in order to display tailored advertising content in advertising networks, particularly the Google network.

  • The Service uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies (temporary files stored until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the web browser) and persistent cookies (stored for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user).

  • Web browsing software (web browsers) usually allows the storage of cookies on the user’s end device by default. Users can change these settings at any time. The web browser allows deleting cookies or blocking them automatically. Detailed information can be found in the browser’s help section or documentation.

  • Restricting the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Service’s web pages.

  • Cookies placed on the end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Web Server Logs

  • Information regarding certain user behaviors is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used exclusively for service administration and ensuring efficient hosting operations.

  • Resources viewed are identified via URL addresses. Additionally, the following may be logged:

    • Time of request arrival and response dispatch,

    • Client station name (HTTP protocol identification),

    • HTTP transaction error logs,

    • Referrer link (URL of the previously visited page if redirected via a link),

    • Information about the user’s web browser and IP address.

  • This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the site and is used solely for system administration.

5. Data Disclosure

  • Data is disclosed to external entities only within legally permitted limits.

  • Personally identifiable information is shared exclusively with the individual’s consent.

  • The Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Service to authorized public authorities based on lawful requests to the extent specified in the request.

6. Managing Cookie Files

  • If the user does not wish to receive cookie files, they may change their web browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security, or user preferences may hinder or, in extreme cases, prevent the use of the website.
